Michael Caines and Nathan Outlaw join a host of top chefs to cook up a storm at this year's Festival
Visitors to this year's Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink are in for a treat with a rare opportunity to see four Michelin stars under one roof on Sunday 1st May as Nathan Outlaw takes to the stage for a Michelin-starred Masterclass with commentary from Michael Caines. The two celebrated Westcountry chefs, who each hold two Michelin stars, will be wowing the crowds at the festival!
The Festival Cookery Theatre, in association with Event Exeter, NEFF, 3663 and In-Toto Kitchens, will play host to more than 30 top chefs during the course of the weekend including: Lesley Waters; Chris and James Tanner; Riverford's Jane Baxter and Sam Miller; Darrin Hosegrove and Rob Dawe of Ashburton Cookery School; Mark Hix; Matt Mason of Jack in the Green; Neil Haydock of Watergate Bay Hotel; James Nathan of Rick Stein's in Padstow and Angus McCaig of The Holt, Honiton, to name a few.
