Gourmet on the Go! Book your pop up restaurant!

Returning for a second year, the Gourmet on the Go feature will be a highlight of any visit to the Exeter Food & Drink Festival in 2013. South West restaurateurs and hoteliers are invited to apply for a “pop-up restaurant” to promote your restaurant and sell your signature South West dishes in manageable" on-the-go" portions. With over 15,000 visits over the 3 days, this offers you a unique promotional opportunity to a captive audience keen to taste the best of the South West.
Cost for the 3-day event is £995+VAT and a list of items included within this fee are detailed on the Gourmet on the Go flyer here. Space will be limited to 5 restaurants, with the Festival Board selecting the most appropriate participants.
In order to be considered, please download the information flyer here and send details of why your restaurant/hotel should be considered, a profile of your head chef, the signature dish you would hope to serve and a few words about your South West credentials. Deadline to submit an application for consideration by the Festival Board is 13 February 2013.
